VidForgeAI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts and images using purchased generation credits.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value unless stated otherwise.
• All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Create deepfake content of real individuals without their consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's API without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing systems.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your generated videos. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the Service. We retain all rights to our platform, models, and infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidForgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
