Refunds & billing policy
This page summarizes how VidForge AI handles subscriptions, credits, and failed generations. It is provided for transparency and does not replace your statutory rights where applicable. For questions, contact support@eactivenet.com.
Subscriptions (Stripe)
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. You may manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from the Billing area when your account has an active customer record. Refund eligibility for subscription charges follows Stripe's rules and our processor configuration; disputed or mistaken charges should be reported to support with your account email and invoice or payment identifier.
Credits and failed jobs
Credits are deducted when a provider accepts a generation job. If a job fails after charging credits, the application is designed to refund applicable credits when the system marks the job as failed (including automated stale-job handling where configured). Administrative or provider-side edge cases may require manual review—contact support with the job ID from your gallery or dashboard.
No guarantee of output
AI video outputs depend on third-party models and your prompts. We do not guarantee specific artistic results, runtime, or provider uptime. Credits used for completed generations are generally not refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for clear service errors.
Chargebacks and abuse
Fraudulent use, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Terms of Use may result in account suspension or termination without refund of unused credits, as described in those terms.
